About Us

Who we are

Meridian Wellbeing, formerly the CMHA, was founded on a passion to provide high-quality and accessible wellbeing and mental health services for anyone in need of support.

Over the last 30 years, we’ve expanded our reach to deliver inclusive, NHS-quality wellbeing services across London and beyond. Through strong partnerships with NHS mental health trusts, local authorities, and community organisations, we empower our service users to work with us to co-design and co-produce programmes that benefit all ethnicities and community groups.

Our mission is simple: to provide an accessible and affordable service that helps people access the support they need, improve their wellbeing, and feel empowered to change their lives for the better.

Our vision is to promote positive wellbeing and social inclusion.

Our mission is to be the enabler and empower people to take action to improve their lives for the better.

What we do

At Meridian Wellbeing, we believe true change happens when the individual owns their journey. We will work with you to identify what matters most and empower you to achieve your goals.

By partnering with other agencies and listening to those who use our services, we deliver holistic, tailored support that ensures every individual receives the care and resources they need.

Our approach is rooted in empowerment, helping people make informed choices about their wellbeing and supporting them on their journey to independence. This commitment unlocks potential, improves quality of life, and creates lasting positive change.

What do our services users say about us?

This video offers a glimpse into the journeys of those we support, sharing their experiences in their own words. We asked our service users one simple question:

'What does Meridian Wellbeing mean to you?'

Their answers reflect the heart of our work which puts people first and empowers them to create meaningful change. By sharing these stories, we hope you gain a deeper understanding of the impact we make and the value of the services we provide.
