Try describing what makes you feel good, everything and anything that makes you feel good. It doesn’t matter whether they are simple or complex, things such as:

You can describe the reasons behind your feeling as much or as little as you want and can.
Say it to yourself, or write it down. Writing things down often helps understand your own feelings better.
You can write it in a wall calendar, or start having a daily journal with two or three sentences a day.
