Tai Chi Beginners Class

 
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Martial Art with a history of over 700 years (some claim over 1,500 years) focusing on movements to relax the body and in turn relax the mind. 
 
This is a beginners course with stances and postures from the 24 form Yang Style, a simplified version of the Yang Style 85 developed in the 1950s and now the most popular form of Tai Chi in the world. 
 
This programme of exercises is suitable for all participants from ages six and above. These exercises have been adapted  to be suitable to participate at home, needing only a small amount of space for your movements.

This is traditional traditional mat-based yoga with classical yoga postures designed to align your skin, muscles and bones. The benefits include greater strength and flexibility and a path towards creating balance in mind and body.
